Shipment and Delivery Methods

 

We offer four methods for shipping your orders from www.sneezaway.com: 

  •  Standard Shipping to the Lower 48 states with USPS 
  •  Priority Mail Shipping to the Lower 48 states with USPS
  •  UPS Ground Shipping
  •  UPS Next buisiness Day Shipping 

To help us get Sneezawayâ„¢ to you fast, before you complete your order, check that your personal information such as billing address and phone number, matches the information on file with your credit card issuer to avoid a delay in shipping.

Shipping Carriers

Sneezaway partners with UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship your packages. Standard shipping orders are shipped by UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Expedited or Express orders are shipped by UPS or USPS. You'll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will confirm which carrier was used for your products and a tracking number for your convenience.

 
** Institutional orders, wholesale orders and orders placed using purchase orders are excluded from the Sneezawayâ„¢  shipping policy. Due to additional processing time, orders that make use of gift cards, gift certificates, or multiple payment methods are also excluded from the Sneezawayâ„¢ shipping policy until payment has been processed.

  

Returning Online Purchases

You can return merchandise to Sneezaway for full refund If you are not satisfied with your purchase. Simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.

  • Returned items should be unopened.
  • We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
  • Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 30 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us as is the cost of returning the item to us.
  • Original outbound delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
  •  Sealed bottles with intact labels only. Damaged labels, broken seals and or dented bottles will not be honored. If product is damaged in shipping, claims may be directed to the appropriate shipper and subject to their claims policy.
